Stellantis has unveiled its €60 billion, five-year strategic plan, FaSTLAne 2030, aiming to accelerate growth and profit. The plan is centered around six core pillars: sharper management of its unparalleled brand portfolio, investment in global platforms, powertrains, and technology, strategic partnerships, optimized manufacturing footprint, excellence in execution, and empowerment of regions and local teams. The company aims to maximize capital efficiency, avoid duplicate spending, and support profitability through a refocused approach to its brand portfolio and product plan. This will result in over 60 new vehicle launches and 50 significant refreshes across all brands and powertrain energies, with a focus on battery-electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles. Stellantis will invest over €24 billion in global platforms, powertrains, and new technologies, with a focus on modularity and multi-energy coverage. Partnerships with companies like Leapmotor, Dongfeng, Tata, Jaguar Land Rover, and others will complement Stellantis' core strengths and accelerate value creation. The company aims to increase capacity utilization across regions through targeted local actions and increased volumes. Excellence in execution will be achieved through accelerated vehicle development cycles, improved quality, and cost competitiveness. The empowerment of regions and local teams will allow each region to leverage Stellantis' global scale to define and implement tailored plans that best suit local markets' realities and customers' distinctive preferences.
